AT Wurttemberg Infanterie Uniform (2017)

Kingdom of Württemberg is one of the few states of the Empire which got to keep a semi-autonomous army when the Empire was created in 1871. Due to that tradition it was decided to reintroduce the historical double-breasted Waffenrock, which the troops of the Kingdom wore in the Franco-Prussian War, instead of the Prussian-model one as the Dress uniform. The other distinctions are the Württemberg Wappen on the helmet, national cockades and belt buckle with the Royal Crown of Württemberg bearing the motto "Furchtlos und treu" (meaning Fearless and loyal).
